Nicole Bush has been coaching me for around 10 years. It started with me wanting to have a coach that would help me improve while on the club xc team at University of Michigan, and by the end of the year I had won the Midwest Regionals and placed 4th at Nationals.

She has been able to meet me where I am at in terms of schedule and goals, and helped me develop training plans that work for my specific needs.

Being coached by Nicole means that you get tailored running plans as well as access to strength and cross training programs, helpful advice about fueling, and one-on-one time for questions and goal setting.

Her years of professional running experience has made her uniquely qualified for helping runners of all abilities better understand themselves and their bodies so that they can discover their true potential. 

In that time I have worked with Nicole I have raced 7 marathons, and pr’ed in the mile, 5k, 6k, 10, half marathon and marathon.

With her help and direction, I have been able to achieve huge milestones that I didn’t think possible. One of the most important things I have taken out of the experience of being coached by Nicole is that she believed in me and my goals long before I thought they could actually be a reality.
