After that, I’ll email you and we’ll talk about the length of the training plan you’re looking for and the goals you’re hoping to accomplish.

Next, I’ll write you a customized training plan that will show up in your free Final Surge account.

Custom training plans with no coaching include two tweaks to the plan as you go. So if you get sick—or something else comes up—and you miss a few workouts or some mileage, let me know and we can tweak your plan accordingly.

Training plans can be monthly, yearly or ongoing.
